Get a free quote
Check the access. A finished module arrives on a truck and is craned in. Road width, overhead lines and driveway gradient matter as much as the block.
Get the soil and contour. Slope and soil classification set the footing system and the site works budget, and neither is a matter of preference.
Confirm the services. Power, water, sewer or septic, and NBN. In regional WA a block that looks serviced can need a long connection.
Check zoning and overlays. Setbacks, height limits, site coverage, plus bushfire, cyclone, flood and heritage overlays.
Understand the contract. A fixed scope and a documented specification before construction is the difference between a price and an estimate.
