Geographic availability

Veloci Homes' services are currently available in Western Australia only. We will advise if your enquiry falls outside our current service area.

4.Pricing & Quotes

Where pricing information is displayed on this Website, the following conditions apply:

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
• Displayed prices are base prices only and do not include site-specific costs such as installation, delivery, energy allowances, facade upgrades, fees from service providers, service connections, site-specific engineering, cyclone or coastal upgrades, BAL reports and resulting upgrades, or window furnishings
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a formal quote is issued
• Formal written quotes issued by Veloci Homes are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the quote
• A quote does not constitute a contract. A binding contract only arises when both parties have signed a formal building agreement

Veloci Homes reserves the right to withdraw or revise any quote at any time before a contract is signed. We will always communicate changes promptly and work with you to find a solution that meets your requirements.

5.Build Timeframes

Build timeframes stated on this Website reflect estimated manufacturing times in our facility under typical conditions. They are provided as a guide only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

Actual timeframes may vary based on:

• Design finalisation and approval periods
• Council and statutory approval timelines, which are determined on a site-by-site basis and outside our control
• Availability of materials and trades
• Site-specific requirements and access conditions
• Weather events affecting delivery or installation

Contractual timeframe obligations will be specified in your individual building agreement. Veloci Homes will keep you informed of any factors that may affect your build or delivery schedule.
