Our facility is in Northbridge, so metro deliveries are the shortest and most predictable runs we do. Most metro sites are craned and connected within a single day.
South West
Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River
High rainfall, coastal exposure and a lot of tree cover. Bushfire ratings and corrosion-resistant detailing matter more here than almost anywhere else in the state.
Mid West
Geraldton and the Batavia Coast
Strong coastal winds and a wind classification that catches people out. We engineer for it as a matter of course rather than as an upgrade.
Goldfields
Kalgoorlie and surrounds
Extreme temperature swings and long transport runs. Our insulation and glazing specification does real work in this climate.
Pilbara
Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman
Cyclone Region D. Every building we deliver north of the 26th parallel is engineered and certified for cyclonic wind loads, with tie-downs designed as a system.
Kimberley
Broome and the far north
Remote, seasonal access and serious heat. Deliveries are planned around the wet season and confirmed well ahead of fabrication.
